1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the BM Conversa website and services, including Spanish lessons, events, and membership. By using the site or booking a service you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer private and group Spanish lessons, in-person and online events, and a paid membership (£9.99/month) which includes access to our private WhatsApp group and a 40% discount on all events.

3. Bookings and payments

Lessons and events are confirmed once payment is received. Membership renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows may be charged in full.

5. Code of conduct

Our community is built on respect. Discrimination, harassment or abusive behaviour will result in removal from events, lessons and the membership group, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, branding, materials and lesson resources, is owned by BM Conversa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
